Cancellation & Booking Policy
To ensure we provide the best service to all of our clients, we kindly ask that you review our booking policy below:
* A 15% deposit is required to confirm all appointments.
* Deposits can be made via Cash App, Venmo, or Apple Pay.
* Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, as well as no-call/no-shows, will be charged 50% of the total service cost.
We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time, as each appointment is reserved specifically for you.

**12/10.** My car was broken into yesterday and someone slept in it — the car was a biohazard. Called Dixon's this morning and Keontae got me in same day — they even got me in sooner.
This wasn't just a surface clean — they deep cleaned the seats, pulled the backseat out, and got years of kid grime (plus whatever the first owner left behind) out of every crevice. Car feels and smells brand new. Fast, thorough, and worth every penny.
This was my second time using them — the first was a detail as an anniversary gift for my wife's car- again amazing job-Highly recommend!
